Please come in and feel at home in our holiday apartment! It is located on the ground floor and offers generous space for 4 to 6 people (70 m²). You’ll find a harmonious combination of comfort and coziness – ideal for a relaxing and carefree holiday.

The apartment features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The first room has a comfortable double box spring bed that guarantees restful nights. The adjoining private bathroom is equipped with a modern shower and toilet.

The second bedroom has two single box spring beds, which can also be combined into a double bed if desired. You’ll have your own bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet.

The heart of the apartment is the spacious living area, which invites you to linger, relax, and unwind. Whether you enjoy cooking your favorite dishes, spending fun game nights with friends, or relaxing with a movie – our home is your home.

What you will really appreciate about our flat in Castelrotto

A small multipurpose room offers practical storage space for your personal belongings and luggage.

Park your car comfortably and safely in our garage. If you prefer, you can make use of public transportation. Active guests will also find a convenient storage room for skis and bicycles.

Plenty of space in the garden

Enjoy the fresh mountain air in our garden. There is a small play area for children, while adults can relax on the comfortable sun loungers – or perhaps enjoy a cozy barbecue evening?

  • Prices are for up to 4 guests.
  • Each additional person: €20 per night.
  • Minimum stay during high season: 7 nights. Arrivals and departures on Saturdays only.
  • Prices exclude local tax (€2.50 per person/night for guests aged 14 and older).
  • Final cleaning is included.
  • Sorry, pets are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
  • A deposit is required to confirm the reservation.

Check-in/Check-out

On the day of your arrival, the accommodation is available from 3:00 PM onwards.
On the day of your departure, we ask you to leave the apartment within 9:00 AM.

Cancellations

  • For cancellations up to 30 days in advance, we charge the deposit as cancellation fee.
  • For cancellations up to 15 days in advance, we charge 50% of the total price.
  • For cancellations less than 15 days in advance, we charge 100% of the total price.

    The public swimming pool is located near our house: children can have fun on the playground and perform daring jumps from the diving tower, while adults relax and enjoy the sunshine on the lawn. The Völser Weiher is one of the most beautiful places in the area – perfect for a refreshing swim after a hike.

    For horse lovers: the nearest riding stable is just around the corner. At the Unterlanzin riding stable, experienced riders will find a wide range of offers including hourly and day rides. Beginners can enjoy unforgettable rides with professional instructors after a short training session.

    The high plateau is rich in cultural treasures and traditions. Visit historic villages, traditional festivals, and local markets to experience the authentic life and culture of the region. Our area is also known for the warmth and hospitality of its locals.

    The various themed trails and stories in the Schlern area are ideal for families. Follow in the footsteps of the famous minstrel on the Oswald von Wolkenstein trail or explore the popular mushroom trail in the forest next to our house. The nearby castle “Schloss Prösels,” with its outdoor escape room, and the “Trostburg” are great places to relive the age of chivalry.

    Playing golf in Seis is a unique experience. Enjoy your round surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery – sport and nature in perfect harmony.

    The Dolomites are a winter sports paradise, offering top-class ski resorts with perfectly groomed slopes for both beginners and pros. The nearby Seiser Alm ski area impresses with breathtaking views and varied slopes that delight skiers and snowboarders alike.

    Seiser Alm is also a haven for cross-country skiing, with over 80 km of well-maintained trails suited for all skill levels.

    Enjoy the peace and beauty of winter nature on a cozy snowshoe hike. Numerous well-marked trails lead through snowy forests and gentle hills – a truly unique experience.

    Whether hiking up or taking the cable car: sledding on the Seiser Alm promises fun for the whole family. Sleds can be conveniently rented at the base station of the Seiser Alm cable car or at other rental shops.

    Ice skating on the frozen Völser Weiher is a special experience. The idyllic lake is a popular excursion destination during the cold season.

    Our position

     

    Our Guesthouse Apartments Lärchenheim is located in Telfen, a small village between Kastelruth and Seis. The center of Kastelruth can be reached on foot in under 20 minutes, and Seis is only 2 km away.

    The bus stop is about 300 meters from our house and provides hourly service to Bozen and Brixen. During peak times, there’s a connection to the Seiser Alm cable car every 15 minutes.

    The nearby sports center is a great starting point for leisure activities like swimming, horseback riding, forest walks, or exploring the area without a car.
